Great Wall in Autumn

I was at Mutianyu in late October. The wall runs along the ridge through trees turning orange and yellow, and the watchtower in the middle gave me a place to stop the eye.

The few walkers on the steps are there for scale. Without them it is hard to tell how steep that climb is.
