Seagull

I was on the beach at Matosinhos, just north of Porto, as the sun came through a gap in the cloud. One gull stood still at the waterline long enough for me to put it under the light.

The Atlantic here is rarely calm. The gull is the only thing in the frame that isn’t moving.
